Where to find scooters?

You can find scooters at locations visible on our website.

What to do when I find a scooter in the app, but the person standing next to it tells me it's taken?

If the scooter is visible on the map in the app and you can unlock it, it’s available for use. All Zippy scooters are available for rent, and if someone isn’t using them, they can’t hold onto them for themselves.

How to end the ride?

You can finish the ride only if you are at one of the stations. By clicking on the end button in the app, the ride is finished

I can not lock the vehicle, and I am in the locking zone. What to do?

Make sure your mobile phone navigation is turned on. Also, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, call or email the support contact found at the bottom of the screen.

I had an accident with a vehicle and the vehicle and/or property was damaged. What to do?

In that case, contact by calling the number listed at the bottom of the list.

20 € were deducted from my account and I spent less than that while driving.

Each ride starts with an authorization in the amount of 20 €. If the ride has not even started, the full amount is returned. If the ride was completed, the rest of the amount spent is returned. The refund time depends on your bank’s terms and conditions, but it usually takes one to two hours.

My vehicle's battery died while driving. What should I do?

You must return the vehicle to the nearest station marked on the map in the app.

I'm in ride and lam trying to lock the scooter, but the "End" button is not on the screen. What to do?

Turn the application off and on. Sometimes due to bad connection, the ride completion screen cannot be loaded.

I noticed a malfunction on the vehicle. What should I do?
